On the outskirts of the capital, at the European Center Golf Club, a new sculture was unveiled in the presence of several hundred distinguished guests. The sculpture dedicated to golf and named “Golfi” was created by the famous artist Tadas Gutauskas, who was helped to officially unveil the sculpture by Olympic champion Virgilijus Alekna, who is not indifferent to golf.
The sculpture “Golfi” is the only symbol of golf in Eastern Europe and one of the few in the world. The 6-meter high sculpture Golfi was made of steel, also galvanized and finally painted with yellow-lasting polyurethane paint.
